The intern Market intelligence Analyst is part of the Group Marketing Department and more precisely the Global Market intelligence Service. She/He will be contributing to the realization of the global customer survey and dedicated market studies for executives. This role involves collaborating with the Market intelligence and Business analyst members of the team to understand customer needs and market trends. Responsibilities - Support operationally the Global Customer Satisfaction Survey Senior Manager- from set-up with region contact owners, planning follow-up of the pre-launch and launch with CRM teams and the external survey partner, extractions, cleaning and contact counts, daily participation in rate tracking, to reporting verifications... - Contribute to market analysis research on key market segments such as product consumer goods, aerospace and defense, healthcare, retail, and automotive. - Package market and business analysis in different formats for dedicated internal audiences. - Realize company profiling and lists of prospects for Sales. - Possibly, fill the GEODIS Intelligence Artificial agent with selected market data.
