CRIT Castres recherche pour son client, un établissement scolaire, un surveillant (H/F).
Votre mission principale consiste à :
- Assurer la surveillance et la sécurité des élèves
- Encadrer les élèves lors des temps d'étude
- Assister l'équipe éducative dans la gestion quotidienne de la structure
Profil du candidat
Vous possédez une expérience réussie dans un poste similaire. Vous avez une bonne capacité d'écoute et de communication, le sens des responsabilités et de l'organisation et vous avez la capacité à travailler en équipe.
Formation souhaitée : BEP/CAP dans le domaine de l'éducation.
