Description de l'offre

Vos missions :
Participer à la préparation des entrées, plats et desserts selon les consignes du chef

Assurer le dressage, la mise en place et le service

Veiller à l'approvisionnement, à la gestion des stocks et à la bonne organisation du self ou du service à table

Réaliser le nettoyage des équipements, des locaux et le respect strict des normes d'hygiène (HACCP)

Profil du candidat

Profil recherché :
Employé(e) de restauration confirmé(e) avec une première expérience réussie en collectivité (écoles, hôpitaux, entreprises...)

Dynamique, autonome et rigoureux(se)

Aisance relationnelle et sens du service
