Job Overview As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior business and HR leaders, driving complex hiring initiatives and leading recruitment strategies across a range of functions or regions. With 5–8 years of HR experience, including recruitment, you will be responsible for shaping and optimizing talent acquisition practices, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring hiring outcomes are aligned with Stellantis' strategic goals, as part of the French Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone with strong recruitment delivery capabilities, market insight, and a passion for process improvement, employer branding, and mentoring others. Responsibilities The responsibilities of the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner include but are not limited to the following: • Lead full-cycle recruitment for strategic, high-impact, or high-volume hiring needs across functions or geographies. • Serve as a subject matter expert in sourcing, assessment, and talent intelligence, guiding hiring managers in decision-making. • Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experiences. • Mentor and support junior and mid-level recruiters within the global TA team. • Collaborate with employer branding, HRBPs, and external vendors to execute campaigns, events, and outreach strategies. • Implement and track KPIs to assess hiring quality, speed, and stakeholder satisfaction. • Contribute to diversity hiring initiatives and measure impact against company goals. • Partner with TA leadership to support recruitment technology improvements (e.g., ATS, CRM, AI tools).
