Learning Management System & Data Administrator H/F - GEODIS
- Manage LMS (360 Learning) to ensure its proper functioning and optimization. - Oversee the integration of new instructional tools and technologies into existing platforms and HRIS ecosystem - Identify and develop Learning AI agents. - Provide technical support and assistance to users & local admins to resolve platform-related issues. - Evaluate the performance of learning platforms and propose continuous improvements. Produce intelligent data to support decision-making processes. - Coordinate admin and user training on platform features and best practices. Facilitate office hours and technical workshops for LMS local admin community. - Implement and coordinate reports and dashboards for mandatory trainings, in relationships with internal program owners.
