In France, V. MANE Fils hired 101 new employees under the age of 25 in 2021 and has taken on 145 trainees and 142 apprentices over the last three years.

The company has had the ‘Happy Trainees’ seal since 2019 (top 10 in 2022), attesting to its high-quality work-placement training and environment.

MANE also provides the most promising applicants the chance to become perfumers or flavourists through complete training programmes in its very own company training centres.
