Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop Operations Philosophy: Design a comprehensive operations philosophy tailored to the PDH/PPP site, aligning with industry best practices and regulatory standards. Define key operational objectives, performance indicators, and reporting structures. 2. Elaborate with the operation process Define the scope of operation services: control room, chemical injection, sampling, etc. Evaluate the requirements in terms of subcontacting, means, major tools, storage requirements, Detail the requirement for the laboratory (tools and equipment) Perform risk assessments of operational activities, identifying potential hazards and implementing mitigation measures. 3. Operation Dimensioning Collaborate with Maintenance and Inspection engineering team, maintenance preparation team and the procurement team to estimate the annual operation budget. 4. Operational review review and comment all the design and engineering documents to ensure the operability of the plant.
