Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop Maintenance Philosophy: Design a comprehensive maintenance philosophy aligned with petrochemical industry standards, regulatory requirements, and project objectives. Define the scope of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities, routine and non-routine. Evaluate the requirements in terms of subcontacting, means, major tools, storage requirements. Evaluate the turnover requirements. 2. Prepare Maintenance Procedures: Create and document detailed maintenance procedures for critical equipment and systems, based on his/her experience and knowledge of similar site and process. Ensure that procedures comply with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards as well as the local law and regulation. 3. Maintenance Dimensioning, Planning & Scheduling: Collaborate with Maintenance and Inspection engineering team, operations preparation team and the procurement team to estimate the annual maintenance budget. 4. Maintenance review review and comment all the design and engineering documents to ensure the maintainability of the plant.
