SPIE Services Nigeria Limited is looking to strengthen its workforce in Nigeria by recruiting an experienced Senior HVAC Technician to join our offshore operations team. Key Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment including chillers, air handling units, compressors, ductwork, and control systems. Diagnose faults and implement timely repairs of HVAC systems across accommodation modules, control rooms, equipment rooms, and technical areas. Maintain refrigerant systems in compliance with environmental and safety regulations. Ensure compliance with OEM standards, maintenance plans, and HSE procedures. Monitor HVAC system performance and propose continuous improvement actions for reliability and energy efficiency. Lead or support HVAC interventions during shutdowns or major overhauls. Supervise junior technicians and ensure quality workmanship during maintenance activities. Prepare technical reports, work orders, and job feedback for CMMS. Coordinate with other disciplines (electrical, mechanical, instrumentation) during multi-trade interventions.
