We're looking for support in the Commercial Support area to take our customer projects to the next level – whether you bring fresh eyes or solid experience. What You Can Expect • You will support our Account Managers with their daily tasks – e.g., customer inquiries, maintaining data in the system, shipping samples, preparing offers, and more. • You will share responsibility for the smooth handling of customer projects – with a focus on excellent service and professional communication. • You'll collaborate with various departments such as Product Development, Marketing, Quality Assurance, and Food Law – both onsite and internationally. • You will build relationships with customers in Germany, Benelux, Scandinavia, and Switzerland – gaining valuable insight into the food and beverage industry.
