We are seeking a proactive change manager to support change management activities for our S/4HANA & COUPA implantation. The ideal candidate will have a background in Finance, an appetite for IT project, strong skills in project management, creative problem-solving, and excellent communication abilities. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth adoption of new Finance and Procurement processes and new systems across the organization in international environment. As a Change manager, you will work closely with stakeholders across business and technical teams to ensure successful project outcomes while aligning people, processes, and technology with FIT project objectives. She or he will report to the Change Management Lead and will contribute actively to the following activities: - Change Management Strategy: Enhance the existing one for the new project phases - Change Management Organization: support in setting up the new organization that will enable to leverage and involve of Change network at any level of the organization: Group, Regional/Line of Businesses, and local levels. - FIT Engagement Plan: Enhance, adapt and execute it to ensure the successful adoption of GEODIS Finance & Procurement processes and solutions and, maximize users' engagement. - Impact Assessments: Conduct impact analyses to identify risks and dependencies, assess change readiness and identify local sponsors and keu stakeholders that will support in ensuring a smooth project delivery. - Communication: Support the design, development, delivery and management of communication plan, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement through structured action plans and innovative content formats. - Local HR involvement: depending on the local regulation, information to work council will be required prior launching any engagement initiative with local users. - Kick-off and engagement events: Design and deliver workshops with engaging content to support user onboarding and continuous learning. Collect feedback after deployment waves. - Training: develop comprehensive training strategy with localized approaches, including materials and sessions to ensure long-term key-users and end-users adoption. - Change approach improvement: Define a support framework for entities with regular check-ins and meetings, and deliver ongoing evaluation surveys to ensure effective implementation - Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support post-implementation, ensuring long-term adoption and success of GEODIS Finance and Procurement Transformation.
