Initiate, perform and maintain high-fundamental analysis of publicly traded companies to assess suitability of stocks for inclusions in the portfolios with focus on Italian equities. Utilise analysis to formulate investment ideas and clearly articulate it. This includes generating and diligently communicating value added buy, sell or hold recommendation on individual securities and other relevant information to the portfolio. Work on portfolio construction and build up a coherent concentrated risk adjusted portfolio in order to outperform the defined bmk and the Morningstar peer category. Assessment of embedded risk in the respect of the 5-10-40 rule and factor exposure. Good knowledge of Italian equity market and passion for delivering performance year on year Interacting with other team members to identify and implement investment ideas. Produce and share investment cases within the wider teams Constantly improve & rigorously apply shared investment process (risk allocation, Risk Budgeting & portfolio construction)
