RESPONSIBILITIES Operational activities: Collect and monitor data according to standard procedures and schedules defined in weekly meetings Initiate alerts when necessary and follow up on previously identified points of attention Participate in the monitoring and improvement of operational procedures Engage in ongoing control activities to ensure compliance and operational efficiency Guide internal and external customers through established procedures and controls Guide internal and external customers through the procedures and controls in place Report daily progress, successes, and challenges, and provide updates during weekly meetings
