In relation with the Global Account Manager, he/she manages the global relationship of the accounts with a long- term perspective as well as developing accounts within the GEODIS network. - Set-up and maintain Global operational performance and support to the business (acquisition and re-engineering) - Set-up processes and governance to guaranty and maintain - Operational Excellence - Trigger and monitor Improvements & performance initiatives - Set Operational KPIs / Dashboards to provide view on GEODIS Tier 1 operational performance - Provide support to BD organization in terms operational input for tender or projects - Promote Best Practices sharing - Provide Innovations for the Group
