You advise and support internal business units in contract management, in particular in the preparation and negotiation of customer and supplier contracts You proactively support internal process improvements. You will revise and supplement sample contracts, create checklists and participate in working groups You organize shareholders’ general meetings You manage independently internal projects or represent the legal topics in such projects You ensure the implementation of internal and external compliance and other regulatory requirements You conduct internal training and workshops You deal with legal issues and implement solutions
