What to expect •You develop and optimize customized flavor solutions – with a particular focus on ice cream (dairy-based, plant-based & hybrid). •You manage projects in the Dairy, Bakery, and Sports Nutrition sectors and transform complex flavor systems into successful applications. •You plan and conduct laboratory and pilot trials and evaluate your concepts both sensorily and technically. •You work closely with our flavorists in France and the Ice Cream Center of Excellence in Italy, turning trends into market-ready innovations. •You present your developments internally and to clients – from the first idea to the final tasting.
