This position will drive the fragrance division's goals, strategy and market/business plans to achieve the company's objectives through generating Fragrance sales in South Africa. The position will also provide consistent commercial communication and general commercial administrative support for Fragrance consumer goods South Africa. SCOPE: Independence (Finance) •Management of the South African market in terms of benchmarked targets, which will include market share and profit improvement. •Generate Fragrance sales as per sales budget •Set yearly sales targets by customer and manage these targets vs. actual and vs. budget. •Identify, develop and grow new business. •Develop marketing strategies for new opportunities. •Price negotiation •Develop and manage the sales and cost budgets. •Determine and set credit policies in conjunction with company policies and procedures. •Manage yearly travel budget and manage actual and vs. budget •Update the budget and forecasts for the South African sales •Manage expenses and payment requests •Manage an dsupport outstanding debtors' management together with Finance team • Budgets Order checks Visit Reports a NSF's GPMS User Power BI Innovation •Strategic development and management of the South African market. •Identify, develop and grow new business. •Develop marketing strategies for new opportunities. •Identify research opportunities to assess potential markets, channels and customers. Customer Centricity •To develop and drive the company's fragrance division, goals, strategy, and market / business plans to achieve the company's objectives. •Follow up on client request (pricing, new projects, wins, deliveries) •Manange and drive win rate & must win battles •Manage client presentations •Project administration •Customer Interaction / Correspondence / Enquiries •Enter projects and pricing in the system (GPMS) and follow up on project status •Assist in creating Marketing content (win reviews and adhoc presentations) •Create the win documents (NSF) •QUOT's •Pricing to clients (cession pricing on GPMS and selling pricing under MSAF) •TOPS, SURES & SUBS •Forecasts •Project Feedback •INFOs on GPMS: Relating to; Vegan Certificates Safety Data Sheets Technical Data Sheets Supplier Questionnaires People •Align yourself to the performance driven culture through the implementation of performance management and talent management. •Participate in development planning process. •Align yourself to the Mane Code of Ethics and the Value System. Corporate social responsibility •Adhere to the Code of Ethics and drive ethical business practices across the group including the management of anti-competitive behavior. •Participate in Group wellness and CSR activity and utilize group resources in this regard. •Drive awareness of group energy consumption initiatives. •Support the SHEQ and OHS landscape across the group.
