We are recruiting a M&A analyst on October 2025. Missions: §  Report directly to the M&A Manager §  Support the preparation and execution of M&A transactions and corporate development projects (i.e. industry and company analysis, company valuations, projects modeling, etc.) across all Group’s business units §  Be actively involved in the CVC (Next 54) activities from the assessment of potential targets to the execution of the transactions §  Support the follow-up and reporting of the investment portfolio
