We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICT process and tools manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing various business and ICT stakeholders, ensuring the ICT support of National Sales Companies (NSC) and dealers of the French market Key responsibilities: • Coordinate and manage with various business and ICT and business stakeholders • Understand priorities major of the market and ensure high reactivity support • Understand, processes and tools of the market to identify strength and weakness to trigger improvements • Ensure usability and efficiency of the solutions to improve the business efficiency • Relentless improvement culture • Drive crisis/escalation resolution • Continuous improvement mindset • Provide periodic status updates to Business Leadership team • Present synthetic and business oriented deck to trigger leadership decisions • Interact with various regional team to support / challenge Global projects • Coordinate change management • Proactively manage risks and plan for uncertainties • Take actions and quick decisions to protect the business • Evaluate local and corporate solutions and suppliers and defend the best approach to fit ICT Stellantis strategy • Animate ICT partners • Interact and share knowledge/practices with various community NSC ICT community, French NSC board and brand leaders, Business coaches and Dealers (from operational to major market investors)
