1. Context and work environment GSPC CSR team is composed of 6 persons acting globally with representation in all regions in order to support operational purchasing teams as well as supplier to address Corporate and Social Responsibility. The team is acting for Direct Material, Indirect and Aftermarket. You will support dedicated support on new project developments related to CSR and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) topics. 2. Mission Description The purpose of this position is to support development of Stellantis policies and processes on the CSR area. During this experience, your main missions will be: - Due Diligence activities o Contribute to Stellantis compliance on regulations for batteries, deforestation, etc… o Supplier organization confirmation - Supplier onsite audits management o Corrective action plan follow-up o Reporting preparation to EVP Purchasing - Support to buyers for: o Supplier CSR rating confirmation - Support to suppliers for: o General questions related to CSR. o Meetings when needed. - CSR Compliance at Sourcing At Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
