In accordance with the Sales policy & Guidelines: CUSTOMER KNOWLEDGE - Contribute to the customer needs intelligence. - Describe market needs ; maintain and update a market intelligence database for the area and anticipate market trends. PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT - Design the local trial plan, including sample needs, timing and standard/check varierties. - Set up and evaluate trials. - Write trials synthesis and reports, and submit a trial plan synthesis. - Propose the varieties advancement/stop/retry. COMMUNICATION, PROMOTION & TECHNICAL SUPPORT - Support the Sales Representative in the realization of promotion actions of precommercial varieties, the launch of new commercial varieties. - Provide adapted technical advice to the customers. SALES FORECAST - Participate to the design of the sales forecast for new varieties and occasionally of forecast for commercial varieties. CLAIMS & COMPLAINTS - Provide technical expertise at customer level & be support to the Sales Rep to manage the claims & complaints settlement, in accordance with the company policy.
