OPERATIONAL GLOBAL ACCOUNT H/F - GEODIS
In relation with the Global Account Manager, he/she manages the global relationship of the accounts with a long-term perspective as well as developing accounts within the Geodis network. Set-up and maintain Global operational performance and support to the business (acquisition and re-engineering) Set-up processes and governance to guaranty and maintain Operational Excellence; Align R&R country, Control Tower (if any) and OGAM support Triger and monitor Improvements & performance initiatives Set Operational KPIs / Dashboards to provide view on GEODIS Tier 1 operational performance Provide support to BD organization in terms operational input for tender or projects Promote Best Practices sharing; Maintain SoP and customer Identity card Provide Innovations for the Group
