MISSIONS VIE PERIOD : AUGUST 2026 - JULY 2027 The key objective of this role is to support the company and specifically the sales and product teams  in achieving business objectives through the creation of relevant, impactful, and well-coordinated marketing assets, events, and communications. The VIE will take on a broader scope of responsibilities with a higher level of ownership, autonomy, and stakeholder interaction. He will work closely with internal teams and external partners, help shape marketing priorities, and contribute to the production of strategic materials aligned with business needs and product development. Own the organization and coordination of marketing events, including planning, invitations, registrations, logistics, supplier coordination, on-site support, and post-event follow-up Draft and update strategic marketing materials such as client presentations, brochures, flyers, newsletters, and other communication tools Collaborate closely with the Product team to create materials aligned with business priorities, product launches, and client needs Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including clients, partners, agencies, designers, and event suppliers Support and coordinate communication initiatives across internal and external channels : LinkedIn posts, interview scripts, client mailings, website news Define and manage the editorial planning for social media, especially LinkedIn, and ensure consistent messaging across platforms Contribute to website updates and rebranding projects Monitor and track marketing budgets, including event-related expenses and communication spend Perform competitive analysis and identify opportunities for improvement Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables in line with Group guidelines Handle day-to-day marketing administrative tasks when needed, with a strong sense of prioritization
