MISSIONS  Period of internship : July - December 2026 (6 months) The Client Service Trainee will support Relationship Managers in daily client servicing and onboarding activities. This role involves performing daily controls, responding to requests from clients, sub-distributors and asset managers, producing tailored reports and analyses, and coordinating onboarding of new clients onto the platform. Main tasks: - Perform daily controls Monitor the quality of service provided by custodians through data controls and analysis. Assist the company’s operational departments in resolving issues related to custodial information sources. Review existing processes and propose improvements to optimize production lines. Control and validate daily accruals for the Fund of Funds business. - Respond to sub‑distributor client requests Handle enquiries related to trailer fees (collection, payment, rates). Maintain and update the CRM database. Create and update user access to the client portal. - Produce tailored reporting and analysis Prepare monthly manual reports. Perform ad‑hoc analyses and produce reports as requested by clients or management. Carry out internal analyses in preparation for service reviews conducted by the Relationship Management team.
