Joining DCI means evolving within a committed company, at the crossroads of civilian and military cultures, and carrying out high-impact projects in an international, stimulating and demanding environment Your main responsibilities Under the authority of the Mechanics Teacher, you will: ·       Create, update and improve the assigned course content. ·       Ensure and deliver teaching in your field of expertise. ·       Participate in the regular evaluation and evolution of the course, under the guidance of the Mechanics Teacher. ·       Participate in the Academy’s accreditation process. ·       Apply the company’s quality process in all your actions. ·       Supervise student assessments, and provide remedial lessons and homework as needed. ·       Organize and/or participate in additional practical activities for trainees. ·       Report to the Mechanics Teacher on the progress of the courses and students. ·       Keep your core competencies up to date.
