1. Strategy & Deliverables Development Develop inspection strategies, including the application of Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) methodologies. Prepare inspection engineering deliverables such as Baseline dossiers, Written Schemes of Examination (WSE), and inspection plans. Ensure strict adherence to international and local codes (API 510, 570, 653) and ASME standards. Produce and review inspection deliverables according to project contract and scope of work. 2. Inspection Deliverables & Execution Execute and coordinate inspection activities, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Establish technical links between engineering specifications, general standards, and integrity deliverables. Perform in-depth inspections of equipment and assets using NDT techniques and diagnostic tools. Coordinate inspection baseline activities at site and conduct assigned inspection tasks. 3. Coordination & Quality Management Coordinate data preparation, collection, and integration into RBI/CMMS systems. Ensure quality assurance/control of all inspection deliverables. 4. Workshops & Stakeholder Interface Prepare technical workshops and inspection/RBI discussions. Prepare data results, provide set of solutions, and communicate inspection findings. CONTRACT TERMS & MOBILITY Local employment contract within an international group entity or freelance contract, depending on profile. Full remote during the preparation phase with missions in Cergy (France) and abroad at contract start for spot missions overseas. Expected final project outcome: Establishment of a complete and validated Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) assessment by end of 2026. A fully defined RBI program and baseline inspection program and dossier set that can be directly implemented during field baseline inspection by early of 2027. All RBI outputs must be structured and uploaded into the CMIMS by mid-2027 for operational use and lifecycle follow-up.
