Strategic Leadership & Team Excellence
* Lead and unite a team of experts by encouraging innovation, collaboration, and continuous skills development.
* Manage the budget, plan workloads, and allocate staff to ensure we meet our commitments.
* Define and monitor KPIs to ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to internal quality standards.
* Ensure a user-centric approach
Innovation & Global Collaboration
* Monitor technological developments in technical communication and propose innovative solutions aligned with the global vision.
* Collaborate with your international counterparts to define global standards
* Deploy optimization solutions in design and translation without ever compromising on quality.
Synergy projects and Partnerships:
* Assist project managers in removing obstacles and providing a strategic vision for document deployment.
* Supporting senior writers in coordinating with cross-functional departments to integrate documentation from the outset of projects.

Profil recherché
You have a higher education degree in Engineering or Technical Communication and at least 8-10 years of solid leadership experience in complex technical environments. Your career path has enabled you to master the entire document lifecycle, ideally in the industrial machinery sector. You are therefore able to combine a high-level strategic vision with a perfect understanding of operational issues.
As an expert in project management and change management, you are comfortable steering the transition to new digital standards and multi-channel distribution strategies. You oversee cutting-edge documentation tools while ensuring rigorous optimization of budgets and resources.
Your command of English is essential for leading our international bodies and ensuring the editorial excellence of our global materials.
Recognized for your autonomy and communicative energy, you know how to unite and motivate multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellence.
