Missions Report directly to the M&A Manager Support the preparation and execution of M&A transactions and corporate development projects (i.e. industry and company analysis, company valuations, projects modeling, etc.) across all Group’s business units Be actively involved in the CVC (Next 54) activities from the assessment of potential targets to the execution of the transactions Support the follow-up and reporting of the investment portfolio
