Accountable for driving the change and sales efficiency aiming at delivering best in class sales for GEODIS Group.
Produce, maintain and roll-out the Group commercial policy. The Global sales Performance Director is following and supporting Regions and LoB's to achieve their sales ambition and budget.
Support a common language, definition, sales organization to guaranty harmonized and efficient follow-up (sales channels, portfolio, account coverage, process for spot quote, regular and tender, team leader routine).
Drive, as business owner, sales excellence core processes improvement; Co-manage Salesforce CRM design authority with the Marketing
Manage Adoption of tools supported by super users network
Assess sales change requests and fix priorities and arbitration for the network and CRM build team
Review commercial KPIs/Goals/ dashboards to provide an aggregated view on commercial performance
Monitor Regional BD performance with focus on action plan when deviation versus budget (team leader routine in place). Prioritize the areas of necessary change and translate it into a roll-out plan
Maintain consistency across Regions on sales organization, processes and tools for the Group (all LoB's-Regions)
Drive and support sales efficiency in the network according to the GEODIS commercial strategy
Share best practices, propose evolution and initiatives
