Responsibilities Install and configure solutions at customer sites; provide on-site/remote technical support during deployments and PoCs. Diagnose issues (systems, real-time/industrial constraints), collect logs, and create high-quality tickets for Engineering when needed. Implement fixes or configuration changes; validate and document outcomes. Produce clear post-intervention reports for customers (scope, actions, root cause, next steps). Coordinate with modem vendors and telecom carriers to resolve interoperability and connectivity issues. Support R&D on defect reproduction, triage, and verification of corrective patches.
