The vehicle configuration team, within the Electrical & Electronic Architecture department, is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and traceability of all vehicle configuration data throughout the product lifecycle. It manages baseline configurations, evaluates engineering changes, and ensures compliance with internal standards as well as customer and regulatory requirements. This role requires strong analytical skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality, and program management). Key Responsibilities Configuration Management & Control Establish, maintain, and monitor baseline configurations across all phases of the vehicle program Review and validate engineering change requests (ECRs) Manage configuration management documentation Ensure alignment between engineering, manufacturing, and service configurations Program Support & Governance Support program management in planning and executing configuration control processes Prepare configuration status reports, dashboards, KPIs, and risk assessments Participate in Configuration Control Boards (CCB) to monitor product diversity Data Integrity & Traceability Ensure full traceability between requirements, product configurations, and engineering changes
