Internship - Project finance and M&A M/F

Build financial models for project finance or valuation purposes; Develop new models and enhance the existing ones; Audit existing financial models both internally or provided by advisors; Challenge financial inputs and technical inputs included in the financial models; Create PPT presentations and pitches for any kind of projects (M&A and project finance); Apply appropriate sensitivity and scenario analysis to support investment actions; Incorporate business feedback and expertise in the models; Assist the team in identifying and recommending possible investment opportunities, conduct research, due diligence, and execute on existing and new investments; Work closely with the project development teams in the assessment of the projects profitability; Work closely with other departments of the Group included subsidiaries abroad; Work on transverse missions for the Asset Sale, Investment & Funding Department.
