As a Pre-Sales Consultant at Infosilem, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our sales initiatives. Under the guidance of the Sales and Marketing Director, you will be responsible for showcasing our cutting-edge technology and long-term product vision to key decision-makers and influencers among current and prospective clients. Your expertise will be critical in demonstrating the value of Infosilem products throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial presentations to proof of concept, design, and implementation. Technology Demonstrations and Vision Communication: Effectively present and articulate the capabilities of Infosilem technology and its future development plans to both existing clients and potential new clients. Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and pain points of various stakeholders. Sales Cycle Support: Partner closely with the Sales team to illustrate the value proposition of Infosilem products at every stage of the sales process. This includes conducting initial product demonstrations, facilitating proof of concept evaluations, and supporting the design and implementation phases. Competitive Analysis: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the technology landscape, including CRM solutions and competitors. Use this knowledge to position Infosilem products strategically within the market and highlight unique differentiators. Tender Evaluation and Response: Actively participate in evaluating technical requirements of tenders and contribute to crafting precise and compelling responses. Support the Sales Department in addressing technical queries and ensuring compliance with tender specifications. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Product Management and Marketing teams to drive continuous improvement in product offerings and marketing strategies. Focus on enhancing customer value and integrating feedback into product development and promotional efforts.
